What is the delivery time of my order?
At LUCINAHAIR, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@lucinahair.com We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it once you have received it, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Is it possible to dye our hair?
Can I dye the hair?
Yes, you can dye the hair. For best results and to maintain the quality, we recommend not going beyond color level 7.

What type of quality is the hair?
LucinaHair offers premium Vietnamese hair extensions.
Our hair is not classified as “raw hair” since it is sourced from multiple donors rather than a single donor. However, we ensure top-quality bundles with a lifespan of 2–3 years when properly cared for.
How many bundles do I need?
Leave-out or Half Up Half Down
10 to 18 inches: 2 bundles
20 to 26 inches: 3 bundles
28 inches and longer: 4 bundles
Half Up Half Down (with 3 bundles)
Ideally, 3 bundles. If the length is longer than 26 inches, you can use 4 bundles for extra volume.
Why a minimum of 3?
In this style, 2 bundles are weaved at the back of the head, and 1 bundle is used for the ponytail. It is possible to work with 2 bundles, but it will give less volume. Our advice is to always use 3 bundles.
Flip Method
For this method, it is best to use 4 bundles.
