By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

  • We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or length may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural nature of human hair.
  • All hair products are hygiene-sensitive and can only be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept various payment methods as shown at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • We provide Track & Trace for all shipments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by your local authorities.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
